Supply Chain Management Tool
Prior to its recent merger, Glaxo Wellcome, now GSK, was embarking on the global rollout of Manugistics demand and supply planning modules to provide their supply chain with global visibility of demand, inventory and supply and common business processes. GSC Consulting was involved in a number of manufacturing and commercial site implementations providing:

Supply Chain Cross Trade System
During integration Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham re-engineered their supply chain so that the merged commercial sites could order product from each others manufacturing sites.  GSC Consulting is providing support in the development of integrated business processes through workshops and on-site testing phases.
